Lesley, Lynn and George came on Friday. They did very well and survived my moaning. Although I was being kind as it was my birthday and I was feeling the best I’ve been for 7 months. The inflammation of my moaning glands had reduced too. 😂
Sunny Munny is looking like it will be OK. All are welcome for a free and easy outdoor session from 1.30 until 3pm round the back of the centre where there is grass, tarmac of paving areas to chose from.
Bring a stool, drink and trainers for this. Depends on who is coming we adjust to suit. The fresh air seems to have a positive effect on my moaningitis too.
I’ll confirm at 11 Am tomorrow.
