Update

I thought that I would update you on my second visit to Mathew. He tested my muscles and different areas. He could not believe how well I’ve responded. He has a score of 0 – 12, last week there were a lot of 12s. This week all 0 execpt my jaw which is just above nil. My body is still healing from last week so he didn’t want to upset things and did not do any tugging and pulling. He said that there was no charge for this visit, but I insisted I give him half his fee. Such a genuine bloke.

Angela cannot come today because of here pulling her shoulder while lifting a fridge – I’m saying nowt!

This may come as a surprise to some but Tai Chi is not limited to the hours of 1pm until 3pm once, twice or 3 times per week. It can be useful any time.

Sandra once moved a piano in Dragon Stance. When my back was bad I could still polish minibuses when we started Ben’s business.

How come??? I did it in Dragon Stance. A few minures left Dragon, a few minutes right Dragon. A few minutes rest.

When I say that it is easier for women to go from Bear to left Dragon, Bear, right Dragon, I get boo-ed by the ladies. However I’m being helpful. Fridge, Sink, Cooker, Sink , Fridge …………. Yes you can use Tai Chi at home*.

Best Wishes, Albie Reyt.

*PS If you do the stances correctly, that is!
