Basically one has to strengthen the muscles for support and take the pressure.
The best thing that I’ve found is doing the Riding Horse stance. I’ve hurt my back on my static bike and also been using weights when lifting my leg up while sitting on the breakfast bar. Neither have done brilliantly.
I’m getting better results just standing in Riding Horse for a few seconds and building up the time gradually.
