We had a beginners class yesterday and Carmel has joined us.

She did exceptionally well for a first class and with little time to practice turning in Dragon Stance, grasped that it’s the movement of one’s body, as in Taoist Walk, that makes the turn and not sticking the leg out and twisting the foot.

My old boss used to say “If the cap fits, wear it”

There was only a few of us yesterday so remember that all levels of ability are welcome on Mondays and we adjust the class depending on who attends

It’s a 1.30pm start.

Ann, unfortunately will not be coming as her next phase of treatment starts this week.
