Here is an old vid of Howard Gibbon which is very good. What amuses me is that he has several vids of the form and all are slightly different. Perhaps it reflects his mood on the day. Sometimes he cuts a bit of a corner then sometimes he adds a bit of flair.
We are all made different and we all do it differently. I’m splitting hairs here.
