Friday Class

No need to bring chairs or your sticks. Chairs are provided and we have the Bamboo’s and some wooden swords until you get your own. Which I have some. Social distancing – there is plenty of room with extractors in the ceiling taking air upwards and out. See you tomorrow, Alan.

Plimsolls for inside

New people take note. Trainers are not good indoors. They grab the floor. We use plimsolls or running pumps if you are as old as me If not slippers will do until you get some Cheers Alan

PC been down. My excuse. The leisure centre has a lovely cafe as you go into reception. I’m thinking of being able to place an order for half time Also a good idea to have a full English before we start the Monday class?????? Cheers Alan
