Hi Alan, Thanks for today’s class. We’ve made some great progress with the stick, and I’m really enjoying it. Rother Valley looked packed today when I came past the  entrance. It really puts me off going there when there are so many people around.  We’re lucky to  have our nice shady patch at the back of the leisure centre with hardly anybody about! 😎 See you Wednesday. Hopefully more people will give it a try before summer disappears altogether! Namaste, Ann
