Loosing weight

Thanks Ann, I too have lost 7 pounds this summer, but my reason is that I’m not having the grand-kids on Wednesdays. I used to go and buy some chocolate for them! However it’s well known fact that deep correct breathing helps to shed the pounds and you have stepped up from 1 class per week to 3 classes. It makes me wonder if anyone has gained any weight this summer?
