I was commended by Dim Sun Bum for my tolerance last Friday.

At least the person involved actually let me know that she wouldn’t be coming again.

Usually people say they will be joining us but do not, 70% of communication is body language and you just know what’s going on.

Hi Alan Just a quick note to thank you very much for the session on Friday and all the time you kindly devoted to explaining the philosophy and exercises to me. I was very impressed by the numbers who turned out for the class and are such devotees! However, I don’t think it is for me, not least because I didn’t realise quite how far it would be for me to travel – almost an hour each way. So thank you again, I will look out online for help, and remember a lovely day in the sunshine, Very best wishes, Sue
