Friday Tai Chat

We had a lovely day today. There was only 6 of us and 3 sat out having a chat for part of the time. It was not disruptive, they were enjoying each others company in the warm sunshine. Ann, Nina and I practised some high moves. The class was so relaxed too. One of the best classes we have ever had.

The social aspects of our group are most important and I’ve always said. Bow out and sit out a section if it doesn’t suit you.

So if you are one of those people who are a bit afraid that you think you may not be up to speed. It does not matter. I’ve always said that just doing the first 3 moves of the form will give you a lot of positive feelings and energy.

Next week we have about 5 beginners so it may be a good time to jump back in.

Best wishes Alan
