We have a class tomorrow

An ‘All in one’ for Monday and Friday people too and who knows a bun and coffee afterwards for those who missed it the week before Christmas.

My back is still bad so it will be a gentle class for those who have over indulged too. Although I may sit some out and watch. No better not, it may counter-act the Diazipam 🙂
