Friday Class

Hi I will not be there tomorrow due to my bad back.

I’m going for a hour long sports massage this evening. Probably I’ll be having needles in too.

Who is going to step up for Friday? I most likely will bring Diane down and sit it out. But will be on hand for any prompting.
