Information for new members. We have an outside class round the back of the Sports centre with the choice of tarmac or grass.
We start at 1.30pm until 3pm or a bit later.
The attendance is made up of both Friday and Wednesday members and what we do is dependent upon who comes along.
Trainers for the feet and a stool to sit on during the break (s).
It’s a very relaxing class
