Class Thursday 4.00pm

Hi, we had a hour today at 4pm and a few joined in. Tomorrow looks a nice day so no point in doing a class when one can be outside in the better weather. Therefore I’ll do a 4- 5pm class. I need to know who is watching. Thanks to the ‘regulars’ who always let me know. It makes no difference whether we do moves 8 to 15 or 80 to 115 to me, as everyone has to learn. So if you don’t let me know what you want and you don’t like what we are doing, then point the fingers inwards 🙂 Namaste, Alan
