Rolling knees and neck is taught in Tai Chi classes by people who don’t have a clue how the body is designed.

How many people who teach Tai Chi have any qualifications to do so, except from someone else who doesn’t have a clue about how the body works either? Think about it!

A good example of how to make a bad back worse is to roll the hips.
