I hope that you had a good class today

I could here the chants of ‘We want Janet’ from home.

Just so you are all away, I’ve cancelled the beginners class this Friday as I will still not be well enough. Although I don’t think that I have done any damage, I have an appointment with my Chiropractic, late Monday afternoon, so the sharp ones among you will have worked it out that I will not be taking a class on Monday either.

There is one silver lining, by the time I come back I will have a fresh supply of jokes, well, more like the same jokes but with a longer gap between them 🙂

The next beginners intake will be 1st April
